1. Who we are
This website is operated by AKIL INFO TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, an Indian company with CIN U62012TN2025PTC180808 and registered office at NO-2, BAZZAR STREET ECR, MAIN ROAD, Karunkanni, Kilvelur, Nagapattinam – 611103, Tamil Nadu, India.
“We”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. “You” refers to a website visitor or customer. These terms apply to the website and our AI assistant setup and customisation services.
2. Enquiries and project agreements
Browsing this site or requesting a quotation does not create a paid order. A project is confirmed only after we accept the scope and commercial terms in writing and the agreed payment conditions are met. You must be legally able to contract and authorised to act for your business.
Your quotation or statement of work identifies the deliverables, price, taxes where applicable, delivery schedule, review rounds, responsibilities and third-party dependencies. Specific project terms apply to that engagement alongside these terms and the linked policies, subject to mandatory law.
3. Service description and exclusions
We configure and customise AI assistants for approved business uses. We do not sell ownership of third-party models, prepaid API balances, a stored-value wallet or guaranteed unlimited usage. Voice functionality and integrations are included only where expressly agreed.
We do not guarantee sales, income, processing volumes, payment-provider approval or error-free AI responses. Important outputs must be checked by an appropriate human. An assistant must not be used as a substitute for regulated professional advice.
4. Prices, invoices and payments
Website budget examples are indicative and do not form a binding offer. The final project fee, billing currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule and separately charged expenses are confirmed before acceptance. International payment availability depends on the available payment method and provider approval.
We issue an individual project invoice. Payment is due according to that invoice and the accepted proposal. A quote enquiry does not create a subscription or recurring charge. Pay only through the instructions issued for your project; never disclose card passwords or one-time passcodes to us.
5. Your responsibilities
You must supply accurate requirements, timely approvals and lawful, authorised access to the systems and information needed for the work. You remain responsible for the rights to the data and materials you provide, the legality of your use case and maintaining your third-party accounts.
Do not provide unnecessary personal data, credentials in plain text or confidential data you are not authorised to share. Projects involving personal data require agreed handling instructions and safeguards appropriate to the scope.
6. Delivery, changes and cancellation
See our Delivery & Shipping policy for digital delivery and the 48-hour delivery review window. Additional features or scope changes require written agreement. Cancellation, non-delivery and refund remedies are described in our Refund & Cancellation policy. These policies do not exclude mandatory legal rights.
7. Intellectual property and third-party tools
You retain rights in materials you supply. Rights and permitted use for project-specific deliverables are set out in the accepted proposal. Third-party software, models and tools remain subject to their owners’ licences and terms. Our pre-existing methods, templates and reusable components remain ours unless otherwise agreed.
8. Confidentiality and privacy
We use non-public information supplied for a project for the agreed service and appropriate administration, subject to lawful disclosure requirements and the accepted project terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how website and business contact information is handled.
9. Acceptable use and service limitations
You must not use the website or services for unlawful activity, deception, unsolicited abuse, security attacks, infringement or unauthorised access. We may decline or suspend unlawful or materially unsafe work, explain the reason where permitted, and address unearned fees under our refund policy.
AI and external platforms have limitations, may change and may be unavailable. We will exercise reasonable care in delivering the agreed configuration, but cannot promise that a third-party service will remain unchanged or continuously available.
10. Liability and disputes
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the accepted agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any project-specific liability arrangements must be agreed in writing and comply with applicable law.
Contact us first to seek a practical resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections and dispute forums available to you under applicable law. Contractual disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu, without limiting mandatory consumer remedies.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future website use and future engagements, with the effective date shown above. An update does not retroactively alter an accepted project agreement without agreement or a legal requirement.
